Thanksgiving Day 2017

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Psalm 100:4

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6 KJV

The term thanksgiving occurs 29 times in the King James Version of scripture and is the word todah in Hebrew meaning an offering or psalm of adoration and praise, and eucharistia in Greek meaning grateful and thankful. So, on this Thanksgiving Day, we are to offer up adoration and praise with a grateful heart for what God has provided us.

We would have nothing if God hadn’t created this planet, and the plants and animals on it. Your lives would not even exist if it weren’t for God created humans. Please take the time today to be thankful for all the little things that we take for granted, and for all the big things that we cherish (salvation, family). God is our all sufficient provider and His provision is evident in everything we have and every good thing in our lives. Hallelujah!

Cherish this day of thanksgiving and all that God has provided.

From me and my family,

We wish you a blessed Thanksgiving Day!
