Donald J. Trump Biblical or Not

The question is simple: is Donald J. Trump Biblical or Not in his actions thus far? It’s a complex question that I will try to answer as non-partisan as possible, using the Bible as my ultimate authority. Everyone should understand that no man is perfect. Even good men occasionally think or do evil. It is the very nature of humanity. Our goal in life is to do more good than harm, and that goes for Christians, Atheists, Buddhists, and everyone else. Christians have a mandate to not sin from God, and they are to travel that path starting the moment they are saved (born again, redeemed, justified, and sanctified). That’s when our journey truly begins, so let’s see if President Trump is walking God’s path.


2 Thessalonians 3:10

“For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.”


This passage is primarily for pastors seeking money for doing nothing except preaching, but it also applies to all job titles.  People must work. The fact people should work was directed by God from the very beginning. Per Genesis 2:15, “And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.” So, work should not be a foreign subject to anyone. Yet many people seek out Federal and State assistance with the intent to avoid work while still receiving money. Avoiding work becomes their job.


President Trump is investigating fraud within all the Human Services agencies to identify those defrauding the system and American taxpayers. Those who genuinely deserve assistance will continue receiving them, and those found defrauding the system will lose their government handouts.

Psalm 127:3

“Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.”


In Psalm 139:14 the Psalmist says to God “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” We should praise God for making us and know that each child is essential. The location of each vital person is irrelevant. They could be in their mother’s womb or outside of their mother’s womb, but they are still children, and they need to be protected. I discuss this further in my article, War on Children. Abortion is murder, and there are no good reasons for abortion. The unborn child has done nothing wrong. Therefore, they should not be murdered because of the sins of one or both parents.


President Trump has not banned all abortions. He has said abortion is okay up to the 12th week. I understand that in very rare cases, like a tubal or abdominal pregnancy, an abortion is necessary to save the mother. This rescue of a dying mother should be the only exception for abortion and should not be done without the consent of both parents.

Deuteronomy 22:5

“The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.”


God calls cross-dressing or transgender costumes an abomination. In the case of comedy, like in Madea movies, it is clearly understood to be a joke. I believe a woman pretending to be a man dressed like a woman would be more appropriate, but it would confuse many. The fact is cross-dressing should not be done! Transitioning from a boy to a girl or vice versa is physically impossible due to our biology. “Window dressing” or appearance is not reality, just fantasy. The biological differences between a man and a woman are striking and immutable.


President Trump is taking biological men out of women’s sports because the competition is not fair to women. Women should compete with women because without regard to a man’s testosterone level, the fact is, muscle memory will help the testosterone-deficient man to retain muscle without regard to his hormone levels. This is especially true in athletes.

Leviticus 25:35

“And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.”


This passage was written to the Jews, but by extension, we can also glean the truth. They would take in those who were poor until they got back on their feet, but this implied that they had fallen on hard times and were not just lazy people who chose to do nothing and expect something.


A plaque on the Statue of Liberty has a sonnet called “The New Colossus” written by Emma Lazarus in 1883. Part of it says, “Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” But this also implies that these people come to us legally. People who enter our land illegally should not receive anything except transportation back to their homeland.


Our president, Donald J. Trump, is sending home people who entered our country illegally. This is good and important for our country. If a person is willing to enter our country illegally, they are likely to commit other crimes. On the other hand, we welcome people who come to us legally and respectfully obey our laws.

Donald J. Trump Biblical or Not, Conclusion

So, is Donald J. Trump Biblical or Not? For the most part, Donald J. Trump functions biblically. He is by no means perfect and needs to correct this abortion travesty befalling our nation. Other than that, I believe he is proceeding in a biblically accurate manner.


For those who hate him, please remember that Christians are to love everyone and pray for them but also hate their sins. President Trump is not sinless, but he is proceeding, for the most part, biblically. God has forgiven him if he has given his life over to Christ. I don’t know if he is saved or not. I would have to quiz him, and observe him to determine that, yet even then, only God can truly know who is saved.


Please remember that the Antichrist will almost certainly come out of Europe, so we are still looking for that person. But the Antichrist will be a charismatic, flamboyant leader like President Trump. So, look to Europe for the Antichrist and look for traits of leadership, drive, and tireless determination that resembles what we are seeing from President Trump. The Antichrist is probably alive today and is being prepared by Satan to take over, and people will love him—initially, but not for long.
